Description
I'm being charged for some kind of subscription that I didn't sign up for. I have tried searching the website for ways to 'cancel' whatever the subscription is but there doesn't seem to be any information allowing that. I am currently having to go through my bank to try to get the charges to stop. I've already replaced my debit card twice. I was emailed from both [email protected] and [email protected] The email states to be from the FlexFactor team. I am still currently trying to end whatever this subscription is.
