Description
My mother has received letters and phone calls about a credit card debt. I knew she didn't have a Citibank Credit card and I took the letters to a Citibank more than once where they did a search and all confirmed my mother didn't have a credit card account. I called customer service and their search didn't reveal a card either, nor did they have the phone number in their database of customer service numbers. She got a letter a few days ago offering a settlement of $116.38.
