Description

I wanted to send some flowers out of state (to Tucson from California) to my elderly Mother. I looked online for a locally owned florist. I settled on one that advertised, At Flowers by Eva, we're more than just a flower shop — we're part of the community. As a locally owned and operated florist, we take pride in building lasting relationships with our customers and providing personal, attentive service on every order. What began as a small neighborhood shop has grown with the support of our loyal customers, and our commitment to quality and reliability continues to guide everything we do. We offer same day delivery..." and so on. I ordered the flowers to be sent. They never arrived. When I called, I got a call center. It is not locally owned, It's national, they admitted they are based in Florida. They refused to send another arrangement to my Mom, saying they had to perform an investigation first and it would take 48 hours. The flowers never arrived. I called several times asking to be refunded or promised to send another arrangement and all they said was it's under investigation. My Mother never got the flowers.
