Although the transaction was completed and payment was accepted by the machine, the Bitcoin was never sent to my wallet. Immediately after the issue occurred, I contacted HermesBitcoin customer service by phone and email. Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive any response or resolution. I also reviewed the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, where numerous customers reported experiencing the same issue—money being accepted by the machine without receiving the purchased Bitcoin. These complaints indicate a recurring pattern of unresolved transactions. Despite widespread complaints, the ATM remains operational in the store and continues to accept customer payments. This suggests deceptive or negligent business practices and raises serious consumer protection concerns.
