Description
I purchased a family flight ticket from Sacramento, CA to Lubbock, TX through FlightClick for $1,552.05around September 7, 2025 for a flight on December 7, 2025 with Southwest Airlines. On the day of travel, Southwest Airlines informed me that no tickets had been issued for any of my family members. FlightClick admitted they were unable to issue the tickets and promised a refund to the original form of payment within 15–20 business days. However, no refund has been received, and FlightClick has not responded to follow-ups. I am concerned this may be a scam or fraudulent business practice, as I have paid for services that were never provided. I am seeking assistance to recover my $1,552.05 and request BBB guidance on further actions. I have the following verifications : Payment confirmation / receipt Email correspondence with FlightClick Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,
