Company runs lots of ads on facebook and has a website advertising different wig products. Items were purchased 11/30/25. Email generated stating order was received. Second email stating order is on the way with a tracking number eventually sent. Order never received and customer support is non existent. Multiple emails sent with no response. Tracking not updated in weeks.
