Description
In April of 2025 there appeared many ads on Facebook which appeared as posts with recommendations from many of Fox personalities claiming that Glyco Boost was helping to reduce blood sugar levels. My husband has had blood sugar levels for several years which are above the recommended levels. I decided to try the Glycos Boost since he had a doctor appointment within two months which was a normal follow up on his blood sugar levels. Instead of going down his blood sugar level went up. I immediately stopped giving him the Glycos Boost. Since I had only requested two bottles I was surprised to receive another shipment of two bottles. I called the number I had and was told that the order went on automatic (refill) if it was not cancelled. I was told I would have to return the additional bottles within 30 days of the original shipment if I wanted a refund. I sent the bottles back via United States Postal Service. I had a tracking number and the expected delivery date was within the 30 period. That was in May of 2025. I never received a refund so I called Glcose Boost. The lady said she would have to check to make sure the return was received, I gave her the tracking number which I had already checked and it indicated it was picked up at Glycose PO box number before the 30 day return period. She said she had to check if it had been received by their warehouse and had been restocked. She said it was received at the warehouse but I would have to pay a restocking fee so my refund would be $109 instead of $129.00. In July I still had not received a refund so I called again, I was told there had been a problem refunding my credit card so they would send me an electronic check. I had been checking my email and never received an electronic check. I called again on October 2 and spoke with Sofie and was told she would check to see had happened. I called again on the 10th of November and spoke with Maxi and was told she would investigate what occurred but it would be December before they would be able to get back to me. Today, December 19. 2025 I called again and spoke with Ms. Green and was told they had sent me an email with the electronic check on October 2, 2025 with instructions on how to cash the check. I told her I never received the email and if they have the record of the email to send it to me again. She told me to check my Spam mail which I have been checking since mid May. All of my other correspondence from try.glycoseboost.com has never gone to email. She told me to call back in about a week. I told Ms. Green I wanted them contact me but she said I had to call them back. I truly believe they have no intention of refunding my money and they are total scam artists. Normally when I see something advertised on TV or Facebook I check for scams but unfortunately this time I did not.
