Description
Originally, I was receiving phone calls as well as my family members about monies that I owe from 20 years ago with Bank of America. They also stated they had filed the court documents and an officer was on the way to serve me. Now I am receiving letters from a law firm Hoffman Geller and associates escalation department stating that they have my debt and I owe $1,396.59. They have my social security number, my families numbers and addresses. This law firm is stating they will be forced to take immediate legal action against me.
