This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
The customer service representative I spoke to would not give me an address to return my merchandise. She said I had to email the support website I previously entered. I tried repeatedly to email the address she gave me to no avail. It was not a good address. I have emailed other support personnel that have emailed me to only receive a coined response not relevant to my plea for the proper mailing address. I will be mailing the product to the Colorado address in Google, and hope they respond!
