I received a letter in the mail dated 12/7/2025 stating that their records indicated that I have not contacted about having my vehicle service contract activated. I asked about why I did not receive an initial letter and they said it was maybe lost in the mail. The person said their name was Gil and I could reach them at extension 6089 I purchased a new car last month and the person said that I needed to pay $279 today to have my car under warranty before it reaches 3,000 miles. I was told they would hold this quote for 2 business days. They asked me how many miles were on the vehicle and I said that I had already signed up at the dealer when I purchased the car.
