This Peachloft.com company posted a video ad on either Facebook or Youtube selling a retrogame device to plug into a customer’s TV with 2,000 older video game consile games on it.The were seeling it for $69.99.I paid with my Abound bank credit card on I believe 12/09/25.I tried to call the +1 (601) 780-9111 Peachloft customer support number.It is user busy.Their website says to email them if there are any issues and they will reply via email in 24 hours.I have not received an email yet.This is my order number I received in the email after I paid for the product I have not received:ORDER mpeach-2837546.I have not received a tracking number to track my package yet either!Please attempt to help me either get my money back and please shut this compamy down if they are stealing money from customers around the world.Thank You for your help.I will state that I am not certain where this company is located?It could be in the United States,Europe,or anywhere in the world!Thank you for understanding and helping me.
