Description
I received an incomplete order from ArtVibe. When I asked for the rest of the order to be shipped, "ROSE" at first seemed sympathetic, then wanted a picture of what I received compared to the invoice to see if I was telling the truth. Finally, "she" agreed to have the missing item sent to me. The item began its journey to me on Nov. 30 2025, but never arrived. The tracking info is stuck on "in transit," but I was sent an email saying there was a "delivery exception." When I inquired about the meaning of this phrase, I was told it meant that the delivery couldn't be made (address incorrect, or other reasons). Since the original package arrived without any problem, I don't see how a "delivery exception" could occur with the second package. I have gone back and forth with "ROSE" (a bot? AI?) to no avail. "She" tells me I should contact the carrier, but there is no information to do that on the tracking page, and then ends the email with, "It's our responsibility to see that your package is delivered." HA! Today is December 18, 2025 and I will probably not see the paint set that was to be included with the books, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have asked multiple times to have another item sent, but have gotten no response to that. There is no phone number to call, and seemingly no real person to communicate with.
