A man, calling himself Will Nardelli / Nardeli, called our contracting business to offer the services of Capitol Registration Group to get government construction contracts with General Services Administration for a fee. He said our first contract would pay us $25,000 and we would pay a one-time fee of $6,800 up front. After receiving this info, I started to look up information to validate this company/person, which has not been possible. He also said there were 3 different divisions/departments and said it is a government opportunity group. The only thing that exists is a simple website and he stated that I could call the number listed to verify it being a legitimate business by requesting documents of proof. He originally told me the address listed was the office address and gave me a suite number. The address and phone numbers listed, that he said are correct, but later I find only lead to a virtual mailbox, the street address is a mail and print shop. The phone number is a robot voicemail, so there was no one to talk to. Will called back 3 days later and I told him that I could not verify anything and all that existed was a website, answering service, and that the office suite did not exist, he backtracked and said the workers were remote. I then called the mail shop to ask if there were in fact any other offices there & he explained that it was virtual mailbox through iPostal1 website, where the purchaser can buy an office plan with a local phone # and list it as a suite #.
