On 11/19/2025, I ordered 2 hoodies from solmereshop.com website, transaction went through and funds were immediately removed from my account that same day. I have not received any emails regarding tracking information. I went to there website, put in my order number to locate and it says: Order cannot be found. The company website says to contact us with concerns at this email address: [email protected], and when I do, I received an error, Undelivered. There is no phone number to contact.
