I purchased 3 or the snuggle warm heated blankets as Christmas gifts. I thought they would be perfect for my sister, daughter, and niece as they are always cold, and looking to snuggle. When it arrived I opened the package to see the quality and I was shocked to learn that this was NOT a heated blanket at all, but a glorified robe that was thin and cheap! NOT what I paid for at all. I try to avoid scams all the time which is why I went to their website and purchased off of there. I am STILL waiting on 2 of the 3 blankets. I have been in contact with the company in asking for a refund and I have yet to receive any type of label or money back.
