I ordered a set of 5 Mercury Glass trees and a set of 3 Glass ornaments on Sept.18,2025. After approx. 8 weeks I sent an email asking about the package because the tracking info was showing nothing. I was told they were sorry and would follow up. Still no package so I contacted them again and was told the package was being resent and to wait a few more days. This cycle continued for about another month with no package. I was told the package was delivered on Dec 4th to which I replied I had never received it. When opening items yesterday (12/16) I discovered that I had received a package from them, but it did not contain the items I ordered. I was supposed to receive 5 mercury glass trees (centerpiece size) and 3 glass ornaments but what I received was 5 miniature cheap plastic trees and 3 cheap plastic ornaments. I reported to PayPal and was told the company agreed to refund my money if I returned the product. The return address is in China so the cost to return will be more than I paid for the items that were fraudulently sent to me.
