I ordered a pair of shoes from Houston Ridge. It took several weeks to receive the purchase. When I received them, they were plastic, not leather and did not look like the photos advertised. I have asked for a refund 3 times. The first time they offered me %20, now they want me to send them back to TURKEY. Their website says they are located in Kentucky, USA. They also did not provide an address in Turkey to return them. Here is their response: For a full refund, we kindly ask that the order be returned to our return processing warehouse in Turkey. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund promptly.
