Description
I found their website through TikTok. They were having a major sale, and I purchased four items on November 6th, 2025. They sent me an email confirmation order, but not an expected delivery date. I emailed them asking for the delivery date using the email they linked in the comfrimation email which was [email protected]. It did not go through so then I went to their website and found a customer service email which was [email protected]. The email when through and they responded say that they cant give an accurate delivery date but they provided me with a tracking website and tracking number for my package. the tracking website was https://www.track718.com/en/detail?nums=LCWL20737107YQ. It said my package was in transit. It finally said my package was delivered on December 9th. I never recived the package and when I go to the website now it says my package is unrecognized. I emailed the customer support email ( [email protected]) and they responed say that they can reship the package with express shipping. I said yes. Then I decided that I would like a full refund. They said they can no longer do that because the package is already in transit and that canceling now would involve complex logistics and result in the package being destroyed upon arrival, leading to shipping costs and product loss for both parties.
