I closed on a loan about 2 weeks ago. I received a post card in the mail yesterday that says " IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED. This notice is regarding your current mortgage with "lender". We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-382-7278 as soon as possible".
