I ordered two pair of blue jean sweat pants, I never received proper tracking information form the company. As the pants weren't in before my granddaughters birthday I emailed the company that I wanted to cancel, no response after two attempts and also by phone, the number listed is disconnected. I filed a dispute through AFFIRM, unaware unlike PayPal they can't help me get my money back. It was then that I was contacted via email be Jessica Puntro saying she was aware of the dispute, I told her I was sending the pants back. She said in the email as soon as she received the pants she would return my money and send a confirmation. I never got my money of a confirmation. I have since filed two more complaints with AFFIRM. I have also emailed Jessica Puntro multiple times requesting an update on when my money would be refunded with no response. I hate to think this company is still out there scamming so many other consumers.
