Ad on Tiktok for a Weighted Stuffed Cow for 10 dollars plus 4.95 shipping, after inputting payment info, the cost went up to 24.95. Attempts to contact the company got no response. Bank statement showed the 24.95 was a recurring payment, not a one time payment for a product. Canceled the credit card but still lost the initial 24.95. Product finally arrived and its extremely poor quality and not what was ordered. Another attempt to reach their "customer service" met with an auto response that the website did not exist
