Promised a custom embroidered sweater of my dog and instead sent me a generic image of my dog. Cost $50 and did not give what was advertised. We then emailed them asking for a refund. Offered 10% off which is only $5 off the product. Then said they couldn’t fully refund as they didn’t have enough funds to send us.
