Description
I bought a University of North Carolina custom Jersey that never arrived, even though their fake tracking website, HMG Express, said it did. My credit card said the company that charged me was Ibrahim Deal LLC in East Orange NJ. There is no contact info on my credit card statement, which is unusual. The phone number on their website (609-808-6313) doesn't work. I emailed them but not sure that works either. It is obviously a scam.
