There has been a complaint filed in our office documents regarding your file or being prepared to be sent out and you all need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issue an agent will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you all need to contact the issue an agent immediately at 877 250-6837 again that's 877-250-6837. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts made to notify you
