I went to what I thought was a reputable website for EM Sense - foot massager. It was actually EMSenCE instead. When I went to the last page of the order form, my order was submitted before I was permitted to review it. I then received two charges on my credit card. I contacted the company via email AND via their "request form" = there is NO phone number to call, and I did not receive a response. After seven email attempts, I received an email stating the order was already processed and cannot be cancelled. There is no information regarding how to contact the company. Needless to say there is no "merchandise" being delivered because it does not exist. This company is fraudulent and a scam!
