I placed an order from an online shop operating through Shopify on October 31. The store advertised an expected delivery window between November 4–7. The product never arrived. I contacted the business multiple times and initially received generic replies promising updates and tracking information, but the seller never provided any tracking number or proof that the item was actually shipped. On November 17, the Shopify order page briefly changed to “on its way,” but the seller later claimed on November 20 that the order was still “processing,” which contradicts the shipping status. The seller also stated they would provide an update within 72 hours, but no update ever came. Since then, the seller has stopped responding altogether. As of early December, the product has not been delivered, no tracking information has been provided, and the seller has become unresponsive. The pattern of vague responses, conflicting information, and failure to ship the product suggests this may be a fraudulent or deceptive online store. I am submitting this report to warn others that this business may be taking payment without delivering products or providing truthful updates.
