Description

I believed I was speaking to an Alaskan Airlines ticket agent to rebook a missed flight. Only later to discover that a charge of $1,021.00 was placed on my credit card as well as the charge for the rebooked flight. I spoke to a confirmed Alaskan Airline agent about the additional charge. Alaska Airlines agent had no knowledge of what the $1,020.30 charge was for and also sent me the actual rebooked ticket price that was lower than what was first charged. Alaska Airlines has also sent this case to their fraud department for review. I have called my bank and flagged this transaction for investigation. Shortly after calling my bank I have received a number of menacing automated texts and voicemails threatening legal action.
