Description
Saw an ad on TikTok for this company selling pajamas. Went to the website and bought some on 11/5/25. On 12/5/25 their package tracking said my items were delivered, which they were not. Contacted customer support who said their courier service does not offer any way to validate the item was received, said due to their loss they would offer only 60% of a refund. I said no and then they came back and said I may have misprinted my address, which I checked and did not, then they offered 90% refund. I again said no and that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and they came back again and said they would provide the full refund but I won’t receive it for 15-25 days.
