Description

I received an ad for an “inexpensive “ security camera on Facebook. It was supposed to be all included. The ad said it would be $39.99. When it came to the total it ended up being $58.97. When I received the camera I charged it and followed the instructions. This included me being charged $3.99 for the app download. Guess what? Of course it wouldn’t work. I was told if I wanted to return it, it had to be returned within 30 days and I had to get ahold of their support team to get the return address. I wrote 2 emails and called and left messages. Nobody has ever gotten ahold of me. I’m going to take pictures validating the camera is still in unused condition and return it registered/certified mail so they can’t say I didn’t return it. I feel I was lied to and scammed. Please help me.
