Description
I attempted to purchase a personal safety (stun) flashlight as exactly described in the ad running on news break. I received instead a cheaply made ordinary LED flashlight I did not desire or need. Possibly, if the desired device is even real, state restrictions limit purchase. If that's the case an unauthorized swap-out in not legitimate - I should have been contacted with that update and offered a refund.
