On 10/5/25 I ordered a product from Recovery Health. On 11/14/25 I finally received the product. This was after I requested cancellation of the order and a refund to which I never received a response. When I received the product, I was suspicious about its validity, so I contacted the manufacturer of the product to request their verification. After several messages back and forth the manufacturer responded, saying that the product I received was not theirs. As a result, I don’t dare use the product since its authenticity cannot be verified. It appears that this is a scam. Although images of the received product appeared very similar to the real Meraki images there were significant differences that led me to contact Meraki Support for verification. I have included the string of email messages both with Recovery Health and with Meraki Support in chronological order. The messaging contains my personal information, business information for Recovery Health, and correspondence with Meraki Support including multiple picture evidence
