RECEIVED THIS SAME GREEN POSTCARD FROM A THE SAME PERMIT NUMBER OUT OF DAYTONA BEACH FL 12/5/2025 IN MIRAMAR FLORIDA AFTER AQUIRING A NEW APPROVED HELOC THAT WAS CLOSED ON 11/19/2025 WITH UPSTART MORTGAGE who was the listed mortgage llc company who approved me for the Heloc. It stated I needed to call them and a response was needed using 844-543-98710 but in the fine print below it showed this number 877-899-1809 in a clause stating they were not affilitated with Upstart Mortgage LLC and that Upstart did not sponser or provide them with my loan information. Obviously I did my homework and found this with the BBB and other online websites pointed to the same company sending out similar postcards and warning from forums discussing this and also from a warning from The Chillicothe police authorities caution residents about postcard scam found on the article that came from the Local News March 20, 2025 KTTN News. BBB wrote "The First Class Mail Permit #457 is associated with fraudulent mailings often sent from Mortgage Services Group LLC in Daytona Beach, FL. These scams typically include demand letters regarding mortgages that require recipients to call a suspicious number. Users have reported that these letters often lack a legitimate return address and are part of a larger scam operation targeting mortgage holders. If you receive such mail, it is advisable to ignore it and report the scam to the appropriate authorities. Better Business Bureau."
