Description
It's a free to play sweeps casino. I followed their TOS and won some money. I tried cashing out for a gift card over a month ago. I kept contacting support, but they gave me the run around about how they would keep "escalating" the situation. Today, I see there are no more pending transactions for the gift card. I checked my email and spam, but haven't received the gift card. Their live chat icon disappeared and I can't contact them anymore.
