Description
Was sent by mail a letter for a 2026 Annual Report Instruction Form for Virginia Corporations. Stated the business would need to fill out the form and mail it back to them with $100.00 dollars in the enclosed envelope. On the form It wanted me to verify the business information and list all officers of the business and sign and print my name. Also on the form was Virginia laws and Virginia Code 15.2-5426 to make the form seem more legit.
