Description

Basically, I’m calling on behalf of my mother. They basically said that they were an attorney who was trying to reach out to my mother concerning an unclaimed permanent life insurance policy from one of their late clients Dr. Maria **** who unfortunately passed away in 2020 and that the savings account on the payable on death was valued at approximately $11,550,300 and despite exhaustive efforts, I were unable to locate any living relatives or climates to her state according to regulations set forth by the insurance company unclaimed policies must be surrendered to the states abandoned property division after a period range for 3 to 5 years post notification. Given the absence of direct claimants, and based on the significant surname similarity and shared nationality with the deceased, they proposed an opportunity for my mother to be recognized as the beneficiary of the policy. And should she consent to this partnership? They assured her that the process would be executed with upmost professionalism and confidentiality. They said that it was 100% risk free and they do have all the necessary documentation to expedite the process in a highly professional and confidential manner. The proposal details stated that the charitable donation of 10% of the retrieve funds would be allocated to various charity organizations, as well as the distribution of the remaining 90% of the funds would be equitably shared between the law firm and my mother. They said that the opportunity is presented without any associated risk and is compliant with legal standards. They also stated that they were prepared to provide all necessary documents and support required to sustain her claim effectively. They said that they aimed to resolve this matter promptly estimating the process could take approximately 30 business days from the receipt of her consent also, I want you guys to take note that if she wanted to discuss this matter in detail to please do not hesitate for her to contact them at basicoutlook.com email which is [email protected] and also she could reach out at [email protected].
