On May 16th, 2025 I made payments to Affirm Travels to complete the process of selling and renting my timeshare properties. After completing the process, I was never contacted and made several attempts to contact the sale representatives involved with my transaction with no response. The representative that answered the phone responded with the typical run around explaining that the properties were advertised with no proof of advertisements. I was advised by the sales representative that transactions and listings would be sent to my email. I did not receive any notifications. I was transferred to leave messages with the sales representative and never received a return call from the sales representative. Affirm Travels is a total scam. The company needs to be investigated, and legal action needs to taken.
