I was on facebook when an ad popped up for a book app called noveloom listened to some of the story was interested downloaded the app noveloom out of hong kong. It was a $2.99 trail period. I approved that but now it has been charging my card $14.99 a week. I have contacted the email no response, and then read the reviews there are multiple people having the same issue with this app stealing money with noway to contact or cancel a subscription that was not authorized. My credit card had to block the merchant
