Description
I received a piece of mail that is for Suntrust bank NA, it has my dad's name listed on my property pretending to be a lender or someone we have a mortgage with. We don't have a mortgage and my dad's name isn't even on my property. They have also sent warranty notices for my mom and dad from Suntrust NA. We have no home warranty and never have. They sent what appears to be a check but it says 'IS NOT A CHECK' I would like to know what this is and if I need to get a lawyer. Or is it just a scam and I need to ignore it.
