Description

I had ordered several clothing items from this website (burgerworger.com). A tracking/shipping email was never sent to me. There was tracking information provided via their website, but it was all written in Chinese. I had to copy & past this information into a translator to understand the status of my items. When it finally said it was delivered, it was not sent to my location. I contacted burgerworger through an email provided on their website. After several back-and-forth correspondences, they notified me that my items were lost in the mail and that they can only refund a partial amount of the approximately $35 that I had paid to them. They said this partial refund (a 20% of the total) would take 7-10 business days to return to my bank account. It has been nearly a month since and I have not received my meager refund. I did contact them again last week, but as of yet have not gotten as response.
