I purchased from internet a kitchen aid mixer from supposedly Williams Sonoma. The item never arrived and I found the charge of $41.00 from NOCERAST SHOPNOCERA.COGA. I looked up the website and found a clothing company. I never or rarely ever order clothes from a company that is unknown to me. When I called the number for NOCEST SHOPNOCERA I was told that number was for the customers in China and he gave me the number to call. 1-833-225-0514. This man "found" that I had a subscription but never even asked for the last four digits of my credit card. Just my name and phone number. I was calling from my home phone ( he was surprised that I was calling from my landline and wanted me to do all this from my cell phone) and he said that to get the subscription dropped I needed to follow his instructions explicitely right as he gave them to me. The first thing he wanted me to cancel my subscription with my cable tv. ? I told him I was not going to do that and I hung up. I believe the clothing shop (NOCERA) was only part of the operation but it was definitely located in China.
