Lacceti claims to sell women's appeal and home decor that is of top quality and timeless styles. I ordered two XL cashmere sweaters, received, an order confirmation with a shipment timeline of 5-15, as they claimed the product was coming from Australia. I received my order 15 days later, upon opening, I found two sweaters, significantly smaller than an XL and not cashmere. Most important was that neither sweater had any labels (brand, size nor material) nor was there an invoice. The shipping label on the package showed an Illinois address. I contacted Lacceti's Customer Support, via email, sharing the state I found their product (including the lack of labeling) and requested a return label and a refund. "We'll let you keep the product and give you a 20% refund (which was $24.40)". They further that shared they could replace but I would be required to pay the replacement shipping cost of $74.25 because it is being shipped from Australia. After looking at review on line, there are may complaints relating to the same experience I had. Based on the lack of product labeling, the absence of proper company invoicing, and the clear misrepresentation of your refund policy on your website, I am confident that Lacceti.com is operating fraudulently. Please do not order from their website, as it is clearly a scam operation.
