I purchased a mushroom smart system and a pod refill for growing mushrooms from a company called FungiSmile. They immediately deducted the funds and a couple of days later sent the "Your order is on its way" email with a tracking number. The item has not yet moved beyond the "your label has been created" phase in the FedEx tracking system. I paid for expedited shipping, and the order status page on their website still says that the expected delivery date is November 20. Four attempts to contact them via their email contact address and the website "Contact Us" form have not generated a response, although I have received two emails asking me to rate the product/service. There is no phone number available to contact the company, and the "About Us" page on the website only lists more products. They also advertise on Facebook and there are some responses from the company to comments, but only selectively and for positive comments. I will soon be starting the refund request process with my bank.
