In August 2025, I placed an order on TinyThinkers' website for a preschool writing workbook bundle at $38.00. While the quality was much lower than expected, I received the product in a reasonable time, and I thought that was it. For the next three months (September-November), TinyThinkers charged my card $29.99 each month. Nowhere on my receipt does it state that I signed up for any recurring charge, subscription, membership, or service. I did not see anything of that nature during the checkout process. I have also scoured my email, and I never received any information from TinyThinkers or any affiliate about a subscription or service. I contacted the phone number listed on my financial statement, as none of the communications from TinyThinkers contain a phone number, and I have not been able to reach anyone.
