Description
I received three (3) "Private & Confidential" "Final Notice" letters via USPS withing two weeks. Letter makes it sound like I owe money to a homeowners warranty company. No return address on envelope, no address on letter. Letter states "Secured By: CITY OF TURNER" - which is bizarre and false. Has a "Customer ID", and "Expiration Date:", which is false and erroneous. Letter was to my PO Box, stating the box number as the "property's home warranty" location. "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED". Obviously a phishing scam. Does this qualify as USPS mail fraud?
