I was excited about the prospects of plastic-free athletic wear as advertised on Instagram by Namarie. I impulsively bought a set of workout clothes without reading any reviews outside of their website and waited for awhile for them to show up. After a month or so, I looked online and realized this is a common issue with this company (items not being sent or once sent, being extremely poor quality). When I contacted the customer support email, I received a very polished response telling me that I had actually selected items that were supposedly pre-orders and that they would be shipping about a month later with email updates every step of the way. Well now its close to 3 months and there's been zero communications regarding my order but I'm still receiving all of their deceptive marketing emails. Such a disappointment as someone who really values businesses trying to move towards more sustainable practices to find out the hard way that this one is a complete scam.
