I purchased a coat online and received it within a couple of weeks. The jacket I received was nothing like the pictures online. The coat was a very light layer of a cheap felt- like material that reminded me of costume fabric. It's unwearable. I asked for a refund, and the company first offered 25% back and that I keep the coat. I responded by asking for a full refund and to return the coat, and they said they escalated it and I could get a 50% refund and keep the coat, or receive a full refund after I pay for international shipping to return the jacket, and only after the garment is inspected and the return is approved. I chose the 50% refund and threw the coat in the garbage. I tried leaving a review on the website and couldn't find a spot allowing me to do so.
