How can we assist?: i was Audited and owed the WI DOR. When I went to pay online it kicked me to a 3rd party website. I paid with my debit card. But I noticed there was a fee for payment online. So I canceled my payment. I went back to the WI DOR “my account” within 1 hour of submitting, I deleted my payment with the WI DOR immediately as the payment was processing. It was too late. The funds were already withdrawn. But when I called about the cancellation I received 2 emails with tickets saying they were not able to help me and I would have to contact the WI DOR for my refund. Gave me a number to call and website to check out associated with the WI DOR. When I spoke with the WI DOR they shared that no funds had been yet received since the transaction was cancelled. So if I made the payment and it was successfully transferred from my account using my debit card then where did it go? And it’s been reported to my bank as well. 3-5 days has passed and no funds have been received. I also reported it to the government and now to report to the BBB. I have copies of everything. Screenshots on my phone. They claimed to be Tyler Services. NIC*-WI DEPTOFREVENUEE EGOV.COM WI This was what shows on my bank account withdrawn info. And the eegov.com is a scam when I searched online. This payment was made Thursday Nov. 20, 2025 and went through the same day. Although they said it would take 3-5 days for the refund on the phone, then “Steve” sent me two emails with ticket requests being “solved” but no refund was received. Today is 1 week later, November 28, 2025 and still no refund has been received.
