Description
A letter came addressed to my partner, who is deceased. It stated that this was a final notice to extend home warranty services (which we do not have). The phrasing makes it seem like there is a missed payment or that we are out of compliance in some way. A customer ID is included. There is little to no identifying information for the company ( just a Program Director name and the company name. No address.
