Description
Scammers are posing to be "Elite Medical Supplies" and sending our office a fake authorization form to be signed by the dr to bill for DME orthotics equipment. They later call to make sure we receive it. They lie stating the patient is requesting dme when we speak to the patient, she does not want or need the supplies. They were told NO and asked to speak to management. They were told not to contact our office anymore.
