All attempts to contact them via email or website have been ignored – they've simply disappeared. Now, I'm having to dispute the transaction with my credit card to try to recover the money. I'm convinced this is a Chinese dropshipping scheme that lures customers with false promises, uses generic images, and fails to deliver, forcing bank disputes. Avoid this company at all costs! I recommend investigating these fraudulent practices.
